As the Managing Attorney at Thompson Family Firm, P.A., Tiffany is committed to bringing personal attention and professional service to all of the firm’s clients.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Tiffany has always had a passion for helping others with her positive outlook and diligent work ethic. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. Upon her acceptance of the prestigious Dean’s Merit Scholarship, she returned to her hometown and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, School of Law.

While at the University of Miami, Tiffany had the distinguished honor of clerking for the Honorable Judge Maxine Cohen Lando, United States Judge, for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court. She was a Certified Legal Intern at the Office of the Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida and participated in the University of Miami’s Capital Defense Project through which she represented individuals convicted of capital offenses. As a student in the Litigation Skills Clinical Program, she was awarded the Honorable Theodore Klein Endowed Scholarship for ability and excellence in oral and written advocacy and a commitment to public service. Prior to opening the Thompson Family Firm, Tiffany began her legal career at a full service firms in Orlando and Maitland and concentrated her practice in the area of mortgage foreclosure defense, criminal defense, family and domestic law, and general civil litigation.

Tiffany focuses her practice exclusively on family and divorce law. Helping clients navigate through complicated circumstances while providing them knowledge and experience is her main goal. In addition to litigation, she is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator, Guardian Ad Litem and Qualified Parenting Coordinator.

Tiffany is a member of the University of Central Florida and University of Miami, School of Law Alumni Chapters as well as the Orange County Bar Association, Young Lawyers and Family Law Sections, Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Paul C. Perkins Bar Association, GOALFL, Central Florida Family Law Inns of Court. She has been recognized as the 10 Best Florida Family Law Attorneys by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys for 2017-2022, Thumbtack Top Pro for 2017 and 2018, Super Lawyer, Rising Star for 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 and Orlando Awesome Attorney for 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. She has served as the Chair of the Ad Hoc Diversity & Inclusion Chair of Florida Bar Family Section from 2020-2022 and the Co-Chair of the Orange County Bar Association’s Solo and Small Firm Committee for 2022-2023. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her wife, family and adorable dog.
